Terms & conditions apply to all the services we provide, directly or indirectly through distributors, online, via email or by phone. Terms & conditions can be updated without notice. Prior to booking a reservation on our site, you must agree that you have read, understood, and have accepted the terms & conditions set out below.
1. The scope of our services
Through this website we provide an online platform for hosts ( "host" refers to a hotel, Inn, Bed & Breakfast, or any other form of temporary accommodation) to list accomodations available for reservation by site users. By making reservations through ZebraHotels.com, you are become in contractual (legally enforcable) relationship with the host you have booked with. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the host.
The information we provide is based on the information the landlord has given us. The landlord is responsible for updating their rates, availability and other information published on our website.
Because we can not control all of the information, we can not guarantee that it is complete or accurate. We can not be held liable for any errors, including obvious errors and typographical errors, interruptions, whether due to (temporary and / or partial) breakdown, repair, update or maintenance of our web site or otherwise, inaccurate, misleading or false information or omission of information. The landlord is held responsible at all times for the (descriptive) information listed on our website (including pricing and availability), ensuring that it is accurate, complete and correct. Our website is not and should not be considered a recommendation or endorsement of quality, service level or ranking of some of the hotels.
It is not permitted to resell, use, copy, monitor (eg. Through the spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our site for commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
2. Prices and payment
All prices on our website apply to the room for the entire stay and are given inclusive of VAT and other taxes, unless otherwise stated on the website, or via e-mail confirmation.
All prices are set by the host, and there may be special restrictions and conditions in regards to cancellation and refunds. Please check the room price thoroughly for such conditions before you make your reservation.
Payment for the bookings is directed through the portal and not the host. The landlord has no access to your payment details.
Currency conversions are only indicative, and are not regarded as a reliable, accurate or updated source. Actual prices may vary.
3. Modification and Cancellation
Changes and cancellations are made directly on the portal under the mentioned rules. You can not change or cancel by contacting the host.
Any alternate costs associated with modifications or extensions of reservations, are paid directly to the portal. Cancellation refunds are automatically transferred directly to your credit card. There is no need to contact the landlord.
By booking a room, you agree and accept the host / hotel rules for cancellations, no-shows, and other terms and conditions that may apply to your stay, including terms and conditions that apply in relation to the host service provider and / or products it offers. All the host's general rules for cancellations and no-show is available on our website in the hotel information pages during the reservation process and in the confirmation email.
